How many habits do you have that are good for your body?
Exercise. Eating well. Sleeping enough.
All important.
But there is one habit that changes everything else from the root.
Twenty minutes of Ascension, two or three times a day.
That is all. Nothing more is required.
With perseverance and devotion,
the fruits come by themselves.
You don't have to chase them, force them, or earn them.
Simply practice — and everything else begins to align.
