There is something powerful about practicing in community.
When you sit to Ascend alone, it is beautiful.
But when you sit in a group —
a field of consciousness builds between everyone
that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Every Monday we gather on Zoom to meditate together,
share the practice, and answer questions.
It doesn't matter where in the world you are.
You just need an internet connection and the desire to go deeper.
