Day 40: Heaven and Hell Are Internal

Heaven and hell are not distant places

you go to when you die.

They are interior states you choose in every moment.

Hell is living with a confused, restless, desire-filled mind.

Heaven is the silence, the peace, the love already inside you.

Do not fear death — fear arriving at the end of your days

having wasted time on trivial things.

Life is the gift. The present moment is heaven.

And it is here now.

Are you living more in inner heaven or inner hell right now?
