Heaven and hell are not distant places
you go to when you die.
They are interior states you choose in every moment.
Hell is living with a confused, restless, desire-filled mind.
Heaven is the silence, the peace, the love already inside you.
Do not fear death — fear arriving at the end of your days
having wasted time on trivial things.
Life is the gift. The present moment is heaven.
And it is here now.
