Day 38: The Freed Heart
There is something nobody tells you about the practice of Ascension:
the heart begins to fill with something you did not expect.
Not manufactured joy. Not forced positivity.
Something more genuine than that.
The heart, freed from the weight of the past,
begins to live with an innocence you thought you had lost forever.
And with something even stranger — unconditional love for people
you don't even know. You don't seek it. It simply shows up.
When was the last time you felt something like
