Durante dos años, me desperté con el mismo pensamiento:

"Es hora de despertar. Tienes trabajo que hacer."

No tenía idea de lo que quería decir.

Nadie a mi alrededor tampoco. Cuando mi compañero me preguntó qué quería decir con "despertar," yo dije: "No sé — pero sé que todo este drama no es real. Necesito despertar a la verdad. Y necesito ayudar a todos los demás a despertar también. ¡Hay mucho trabajo por hacer!"

Ese fue el comienzo.

QUIÉNES SOMOS

Mi nombre es Bhushana Ishaya. Mi compañera de enseñanza es Sakti Ishaya, originaria de Australia. Juntas, somos Maestras Isaías de Ascensión — monjas que hemos dedicado nuestras vidas a experimentar lo que las tradiciones antiguas llaman Conciencia Crística, y a ser espejos perfectos de nuestra propia divinidad.

Pasamos años viviendo, trabajando, enseñando, aprendiendo y creciendo juntas. Enseñamos a miles de personas en toda América del Sur y España cómo Ascender. Entrenamos nuevos maestros para llevar este trabajo hacia adelante. Elegimos a Sudamérica como el catalizador del despertar espiritual en todo el mundo — y nos sentimos, y seguimos sintiéndonos, profundamente bendecidas y privilegiadas de ser parte de eso.

Este libro — "Oye Dios, Es Hora de Despertar" — surgió de esa enseñanza. Es una colección de nuestras experiencias, nuestras historias, las parábolas que usamos en nuestros cursos y las canciones originales que surgieron a través de nosotras a lo largo del camino. Nos encanta contar historias cuando enseñamos, y este libro está lleno de ellas.

EN ESENCIA, LA VIDA ES UN JUEGO

En última instancia, la vida es un juego. Un juego de limitaciones. No tiene nada que ver con la verdad de quiénes somos.

No tenemos idea de la grandeza de quiénes somos realmente. Somos el creador y la creación. No hay separación. Todos somos uno. Siempre hemos sido uno. Y lo único que existe es el Amor.

Puede que no estés de acuerdo con todo lo que digo en estas páginas. No te estoy pidiendo que adoptes un nuevo sistema de creencias. Solo estoy compartiendo mi experiencia — e invitándote a leer con una mente abierta y un corazón inocente.

¿Y si lo que digo es verdad? ¿Y si tú eres Dios? ¿Y si tú eres lo único que existe? ¿Y si lo único que ha existido siempre es lo que tú has experimentado — y tú creaste todo, incluyendo la evidencia que parece probar lo contrario?

Sé que esto desafía todo. Así debe ser.

JUGANDO EL JUEGO

Podrías pensar que hay algún lugar al que necesitas regresar. Pero la verdad es — nunca te has ido. No hay dónde ir, porque todo está dentro de tu propia conciencia. El reino del cielo que buscamos tan insistentemente está adentro.

Estás viviendo una perfecta experiencia humana — una experiencia de lo que no eres. El mundo es perfecto exactamente como es. Es una perfecta ilusión de limitación y dualidad.

Eres la fuente de todo el Amor. No hay nada que desear. Eres perfecto exactamente como eres. Lo único que necesita cambiar es tu percepción.

¿Esto te sorprende? ¿Te fastidia?

La gente me dice: "¿No ves el sufrimiento, las guerras, el terrorismo? ¿No ves la injusticia? Tú no entiendes." Y yo siempre contesto: "Todo está en tu cabeza. Todo tiene que ver con tu percepción. Todo el mundo está creando exactamente lo que necesita en cada momento para jugar el juego — y todo el mundo creará exactamente lo que necesita cuando quiera despertar. Despertar a la verdad de quién es: el Infinito, la Fuente de todo lo que es, Dios."

EL MUNDO ESTÁ JUGANDO SU PAPEL PARA TI

El mundo existe para que tú juegues el juego. Todos están jugando su papel para ti: están hambrientos por ti, están muriendo por ti, están rompiendo su corazón por ti, están sufriendo por ti, están yendo a la guerra por ti, están escribiendo poemas y conciertos para ti, están llorando por ti, están riendo por ti — y yo estoy escribiendo esto para ti.

Todo. Cada persona, cada lugar, cada momento — existe solamente para ti.

Porque TÚ ERES EL ÚNICO AQUÍ.

¿CÓMO PUEDO CAMBIAR EL MUNDO?

Solía ser una gran abanderada de las causas humanitarias. Luchando contra la injusticia. Marchando por todo. Tratando de arreglar el mundo porque era obvio para mí que algo estaba muy mal.

Pero comencé a entender algo: la única manera real de cambiar el mundo es cambiar desde adentro. Cuando elevas tu propia conciencia, elevas la conciencia de la humanidad. Esta es la única manera de crear un mundo que vibre en la frecuencia del amor incondicional. Las personas necesitan cambiar desde el interior hacia afuera — porque cuando impones el cambio desde afuera, las personas se rebelan. El verdadero cambio duradero solo ocurre cuando las personas cambian desde sus propios corazones, porque genuinamente quieren hacerlo.

Eso es lo que la Ascensión hace posible. Eso es lo que la Primera Esfera comienza.

It's Time to Wake Up — Our Story

For two years, I kept waking up with the same thought:

"It's time to wake up. You have work to do."

I had no idea what I meant.

No one around me did either. When my partner asked what I meant by "wake up," I said: "I don't know — but I know that all this drama isn't real. I need to wake up to the truth. And I need to help everyone else wake up too. There is a lot of work to do."

That was the beginning.

WHO WE ARE

My name is Bhushana Ishaya. My teaching partner was Sakti Ishaya, originally from Australia. Together, we are Ishaya Ascension Masters — monks who have dedicated our lives to experiencing what the ancient traditions call Christ Consciousness, and to being perfect mirrors of our own divinity.

We spent years living, working, teaching, learning, and growing together. We taught thousands of people across South America and Spain how to Ascend. We trained new teachers to carry this work forward. We chose South America as the catalyst for spiritual awakening around the world — and we felt, and continue to feel, deeply blessed and privileged to be part of that.

This book — "Hey God, It's Time to Wake Up" — grew out of that teaching. It is a collection of our experiences, our stories, the parables we used in our courses, and the original songs that came through us along the way. We love to tell stories when we teach, and this book is full of them.

IN ESSENCE, LIFE IS A GAME

At the deepest level, life is a game. A game of limitations. It has nothing to do with the truth of who we are.

We have no idea of the greatness of who we truly are. We are the creator and the creation. There is no separation. We are all one. We have always been one. And the only thing that exists is Love.

You may not agree with everything I say in these pages. I am not asking you to adopt a new belief system. I am only sharing my experience — and inviting you to read with an open mind and an innocent heart.

What if what I am saying is true? What if you are God? What if you are the only thing that exists? What if the only thing that has ever existed is what you have experienced — and you created all of it, including the evidence that seems to prove otherwise?

I know this challenges everything. It is supposed to.

PLAYING THE GAME

You might think there is somewhere you need to get back to. But the truth is — you have never left. There is nowhere to go, because everything is within your own consciousness. The kingdom of heaven we search for so insistently is within.

You are living a perfect human experience — an experience of what you are not. The world is perfect exactly as it is. It is a perfect illusion of limitation and duality.

You are the source of all Love. There is nothing to desire. You are perfect exactly as you are. The only thing that needs to change is your perception.

Does this surprise you? Does it irritate you?

People say to me: "Don't you see the suffering, the wars, the terrorism? Don't you see the injustice? You don't understand." And I always answer: "It is all in your head. It all has to do with your perception. Everyone is creating exactly what they need in every moment to play the game — and everyone will create exactly what they need when they are ready to wake up. To wake up to the truth of who they are: the Infinite, the Source of all that is, God."

THE WORLD IS PLAYING ITS ROLE FOR YOU

The world exists so that you can play the game. Everyone is playing their role for you: they are hungry for you, they are dying for you, they are breaking their hearts for you, they are suffering for you, they are going to war for you, they are writing poems and symphonies for you, they are crying for you, they are laughing for you — and I am writing this for you.

All of it. Every person, every place, every moment — exists only for you.

Because YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE HERE.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE WORLD?

I used to be a great flag-bearer for humanitarian causes. Fighting injustice. Marching for everything. Trying to fix the world because it was obvious to me that something was very wrong.

But I began to understand something: the only real way to change the world is to change from within. When you raise your own consciousness, you raise the consciousness of humanity. This is the only way to create a world that vibrates in the frequency of unconditional love. People need to change from the inside out — because when you impose change from the outside, people resist. True, lasting change only happens when people change from their own hearts, because they genuinely want to.

That is what Ascension makes possible. That is what the First Sphere begins.

IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP

This is an invitation.

Not to a new religion. Not to a new belief system.

To an experience — a direct experience of the truth of who you are.

If something in you is stirring as you read this — that stirring is real.

If something in you says "yes" — listen to that yes.

They require no belief. They ask only that you try.
