As natural as the flow of a river.
Effortless, without expectations, with the innocence of a child.
You simply introduce the attitude into your mind
and let it gently unfold.
Do not force an experience.
Do not seek immediate results.
Sit or lie in stillness,
and allow the thought of the technique to repeat
with perfect simplicity — without pressure, without control.
Body and mind begin to quiet on their own.
Healing happens spontaneously.

of silence and deep rest?
